| Quality Management at the ISK |

Quality instead of quantity is our motto. So that this motto for our customers does not remain an empty creed, we introduced quality management in 2007.
As our customers are placed in the centre of all our efforts to maintain a good quality, we introduced the learning-orientated quality testing in the further courses (abb. LQW: Lernorientierte Qualitätstestierung in der Weiterbildung).

Language and Communication Training
We are open to all people who would like to learn with us. We especially turn to people who, either for private or professional reasons, are part of an environment, in which two cultures are present. Language is an important factor for a successful intercultural understanding of people and organisations. Language and communication training is placed at the centre of all options at the ISK. |

Flexible, competent, successful
We have been working successfully as an independent language school for German as a foreign language and as a professional provider for language training courses at firms.
As an independent language school, we have developed a system of language courses, which create professionally, methodically, didactically and organisationally optimized learning conditions for our participants.
As a professional provider of language training courses for private customers and for customers at firms, we have developed individually tailored language courses, with which we can meet the needs of our customers in a flexible way.
From our educational work with migrants, we have set up a network in order to guarantee successful integration.
With our educational options for a professional qualification, we can react to current developments on the job market and to the needs of our customers fast, flexibly and uncomplicatedly.
Flexibility, professional competence and the ability to find and implement individual solutions quickly and uncomplicatedly for our customers as a small educational institution, sets the ISK apart.
Quality and transparency
The learn-success of our customers is our business card. The quality and transparency of our courses, as well as an engaging and tolerant interaction with one another, form the success-factors of our work.
Openness towards innovation, regular further educational courses for our staff members and the constant exchange with our customers also contribute to the quality which we offer.
The clear and well-organised layout of our educational options and the possibility for the customers to help to structure their own courses also play a part in the transparency.
Members of staff
Our staff members are our most valued capital. They create optimized conditions for successful learning. All members of staff have experience in the adult teaching sector and mark themselves out with their high professional and social competence.
Successful learning
The basis for successful learning at the ISK is the interview, in which the needs and wishes of the customer are discussed, the language skills tested and a transparent learning path with set targets arranged.
Intermediary tests, end-of-course tests and learning diagnoses document the learning path of our customers and enable them to monitor and partly structure their own educational process.
Successful learning means for us that the customer has reached his or her set target, has had enjoyment whilst learning and has actively helped to shape his or her own educational process. |
