Music! Dance! Theatre! City walks!
We offer exciting and varied class leisure activities. Once a month we show our foreign students the many sides of Hanovers`s cultural scene. You will definitely experience a piece of German culture: an observatory visit, a visit to the opera und a brewery tour are just three examples of what we have to offer.
The cultural choice is more than satisfactory:
Hanover is considered to be the centre for rock music in Northern Germany. Jazz, opera, theatre and museums have a good reputation worldwide. And the city has, of course – which is what belongs to a trade-fair and university town – a lively pub culture. The Herrenhäuser Gärten and the town forest Eilenriede give Hanover the name “the city of green”.
Further attractions include sport and social activities. There are also board game evenings, sport afternoons and bicycle rides.
